1

Use the service lawfully and honestly

  • Use Haulier Link only for legitimate business road-freight activity and only through an authorised account.
  • Provide accurate organisation, listing, offer, vehicle, driver, status, document and contact information.
  • Do not impersonate another person or business, conceal who will perform work, or submit sham listings or offers.
  • Do not manipulate ratings, pricing, availability or marketplace decisions, or use the Platform to coordinate anti-competitive conduct.

2

Goods and transport compliance

  • Do not advertise or carry stolen, counterfeit, illegal, sanctioned or otherwise prohibited goods.
  • Do not omit dangerous-goods, waste, temperature, security, customs, animal, food, medicine or other regulated requirements.
  • Only use drivers, vans, HGVs, trailers and equipment that are suitable, roadworthy, insured, licensed and legally operated for the job.
  • Do not request unsafe schedules, unlawful loading, drivers’ hours breaches, overloading, insecure loads or evasion of road, tax, customs or operator-licensing rules.

3

Security, privacy and files

  • Do not share credentials, defeat permissions, probe security, introduce malware, scrape at scale or access another organisation’s protected data.
  • Upload only relevant job files that you are entitled to share and that do not contain unnecessary personal, confidential or harmful content.
  • Do not use contact data obtained through a job for unrelated marketing, resale or harassment.
  • Report suspected account compromise, data exposure, fraud or dangerous activity promptly.

4

Enforcement and reporting

Haulier Link may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict features, remove content, suspend an organisation or report conduct where reasonably necessary for safety, law, security or enforcement of platform rules. Affected members should be treated fairly and given an appropriate route to raise a dispute, subject to urgent protective action.

Concerns may be raised through Haulier Link support. Use emergency or official reporting channels where there is an immediate danger or suspected crime.
