Cookie Notice

How Haulier Link intends to use cookies and similar storage for secure member authentication and service operation.

Version: 2026-08-19-draft-1

1

Current use

Haulier Link uses storage that is necessary for secure authentication, session continuity, security and requested service functions. It does not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics.

2

Necessary storage

  • Authentication tokens and session refresh information used to keep a signed-in member securely connected.
  • Security and request state needed to complete sign-in, invitation and password-recovery journeys.
  • Short-lived interface state required to deliver a feature the user has requested.

Cookie names and durations can vary as security and authentication services are updated, but necessary storage is limited to operating and protecting the requested service.

3

Future analytics or marketing

If Haulier Link later adds non-essential analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or similar technology, those tools must not run before any legally required consent. A suitable consent control and updated provider table must be deployed first.

4

Browser controls and contact

Users can remove or block cookies through their browser, although blocking strictly necessary authentication storage may prevent member login or secure features from working. Questions may be raised through Haulier Link support.
